24 hours. You must not get them wet or wash your face for the first 24 hours post treatment. This will ruin the treatment and not allow the products to set properly. 

 Proper care and cleansing of your lashes is necessary to maintain  the health of your natural lashes and keep the lash line free of debris from makeup and daily dirt and oil.  We will recommend a lash shampoo and instruct you on proper care. 

Short Answer is yes! 

 Mineral oil, coconut oil, and  vegetable oils can all cause your lash extensions to fall off prematurely. Also cream or paste based eye shadows.   These ingredients break down the lash adhesive. 

No. There are a few professional lash grow serums that are safe to use with lash adhesives.  (Latisse, Babe lash and Grade Lash) If it is not one of these, it could be affecting the adhesive and lash result.
